Surviving to Thriving is a Peer-to-Peer Support Group facilitated by Nicki Petersen who has been trained by The Bloom Foundation for Maternal Wellness.

Nicki has survived and thrived after suffering from PPA/D after the birth of her son. Nicki is passionate about helping other moms heal and brings with her – experience, information, resources and the unconditional support necessary to lead others out of the darkness.

Adjusting to becoming a mother can be difficult. If you are pregnant, or recently had a baby, and can answer YES to any of these questions…

  • Are you anxious?
  • Are you unable to control your mood? (rage/irritability)
  • Do you feel hopeless?
  • Do you feel like a failure?
  • Do you feel sad?
